WhatsApp Agent
The UX First WhatsApp Agent is a conversational assistant which works over WhatsApp. Users can start a conversation with the agent by scanning a QR Code or clicking on a link on your website, social media post or any other medium. Your business can also initiate agent conversations with users via our powerful Broadcast Platform*.
The WhatsApp agent uses a bespoke logical conversation flow to gather information from the user and trigger various actions based on the user's input. The WhatsApp agent is often set to use various criteria and conditions to navigate the conversation flow structure and deliver the desired outcome to the user and/or your business. For example, you may wish to accept booking requests or trigger a workflow only if the user confirms a prerequisite like where they are based, or if they have right to work in the UK (a great use-case for recruitment agencies). In order to design the conversation flow for your WhatsApp agent, we begin the process by understanding your requirements via a design workshop with key project stakeholders from your business. Once we have fully understood your requirements, we will design an optimal conversation flow based on the customer experience you wish to provide, and the various actions which you wish the agent to perform. Once the agent has been built and published, we then proceed to staging, where the agent is thoroughly tested and optimised. Feedback collected during this phase is utilised to further optimise the customer experience before we proceed to 'go live'.
