The WhatsApp FAQ & Knowledgebase agent is designed to use extensive or detailed information to answer customer queries. For example, if you have numerous documents or web pages containing detailed information about your products, services or profession, the agent will trawl these data sources and contextualise the information, allowing the agent to provide natural language responses to user queries. Users can ask questions in thier own words, and the agent responses can be a combination of text, images, videos and URLs. To achieve this outcome, we combine Generative AI to understand natural language user input, with preconfigured responses for specific questions which you anticipate. This allows you to tailor the response for important or nuanced queries where Generative AI might not be suitable, and enable the agent to speak the specific language of your industry, for example where your industry uses certain phrases, expressions and abbreviations which may not be understood by a generic Generative AI implementation. This technique can also be highly beneficial when you require the user to be offered specific information, or where you require a specific action to be triggered by the agent.
